All legal same-sex marriages to be recognized for tax purposes, IRS says

CPAs and tax preparers, because state income tax returns usually begin with Federal income, in a state like Georgia that doesn't recognize same-sex marriages, will we file a MFJ return and then have to split it for the state? What do you think?
